At just 146mm high, the HL-8862B is a lightweight non-contact infrared sensor, perfect for applications where contact measurement is not possible or desirable.

With dual laser targeting for accuracy, the HL-8862B has an infrared temperature range of -50°C to +650°C, 12:1 optical resolution and fast response time of less than 150ms.

Ideal for a wide range of applications, including: plant/general maintenance, HVAC/R, transportation/automotive, cooling and reheating, food preparation and service equipment and cold storage.

Supplied with a 9V battery and soft case.

Note: this product is not suitable for measuring human temperatures. The HL-BODY Infrared Body Thermometer is a suitable alternative.
