Product Portfolio Overview

WIKA offers a comprehensive selection of instruments designed for safety and efficiency in industrial processes.

  • Pressure Measurement: The portfolio includes a complete range of instruments for gauge, absolute, and differential pressure. Specific products include:
    • Pressure Gauges: Available with Bourdon tube, diaphragm, or capsule pressure elements. Popular models include the 213.53, 232.50, 232.30, 432.50 and 632.50 along with more specialised products such as the PG23LT, for use at temperatures down to -70°C, the PG23HP for high-pressure applications up to 6000 bar such as water jet cutting and high-pressure cleaning, and the PG28 with Hastelloy wetted parts offering high corrosion resistance for the process industry.
    • Accessories: WIKA offer a comprehensive range of instrument accessories, including IV1 needle valves and IV2 block-and-bleed valves along with a variety of mounting adaptors model 910.14, sealings for process connections with parallel threads model 910.17 and flushing rings model 910.27 for use with flanged instrument connections.
    • Diaphragm Seals: A wide range of state-of-the-art flanged, screwed and hygienic options for a variety of applications. With models like the versatile 990.10 & 990.34 with threaded connection, through to the 990.27 with flush diaphragm for aggressive, highly viscous, crystallising or hot process media, and the industry standard 990.22 with ISO2852 clamp connection for the food, beverage, bio and pharmaceutical industry.
    • Pressure Sensors and Transmitters: Electronic devices like the A-10, suitable for general industrial applications in machine building and ship building, and for use in hydraulics and pneumatics. The S-20 for critical applications and the IS-3 for Ex ia Intrinsic Safe environments.
    • Pressure Switches and Contact Gauges: Devices that provide control and output signals based on set pressure limits. Dedicated pressure switch models include the PSD-4 with display, the compact PSM01 and the heavy-duty safety critical BA & BAX with Ex d flameproof enclosure. Mechanical gauges with alarm contacts include the PGS21 for general industrial applications, the PGS23 for control and regulation of processes in the chemical and petrochemical industry, power plants, mining and on/offshore applications.
  • Temperature Measurement: WIKA provides instruments for a wide temperature spectrum, ranging from -250 to +1800 degrees Celsius. Products include:
    • Dial Thermometers: Mechanical options based on bimetal, expansion, or gas-actuated principles, such as the WIKA series TG54 and model 55 bimetal thermometers, the model 73 gas-actuated thermometer for remote reading applications and the model 75 offering high vibration resistance for diesel exhaust gas measurement on ships.
    • Thermowells: A range of high quality thermowells for use in demanding operating conditions both in solid-machined are from bar stock and in fabricated version with tubular design. Selection of materials and the manufacturing is in accordance with global standards or to customer specifications to ensure optimal protection of the thermometer or sensor. Solid drilled models are TW10 with flanged connection and TW15 threaded. Special versions include the TW30 and TW31 for lap flanges and the TW20 and TW25 which can be welded into the process line.
    • Resistance Thermometers and Thermocouples: Electrical measurement instruments that convert temperature into an electrical signal using platinum resistors or two different metal wires.
    • Temperature Transmitters and Switches: Devices for signal conversion and process control, like the T15 and T16 digital temperature transmitter available in both head and rail mount version and the T38 and T32 with HART protocol.
  • Level, Force, and Flow Measurement: WIKA also offers instrumentation for other critical industrial measurements, including level transmitters, force sensors, and flow measurement solutions.
  • Calibration Technology: WIKA's calibration division offers instruments and services to ensure accuracy and compliance, including digital pressure gauges such as the CPG1500 and handheld calibrators, pressure balances, and temperature baths.
