Infrared Remote Control

This credit card style, slim line and compact remote control can be used to directly access the most commonly used functions, including the ON-OFF light function via auxillary relay 2, main power ON-OFF action and HACCP options.

Additionally, there are direct push button controls for: Temperature parameters [differential value (rd), set Min. (r1), Set Max. (r2)] Defrost parameters ([nterval (d1), Duration (dP), End Temp. Setting (dt)] Fan parameters [Mode (F0), Start up temp (F1), Driven by compressor (F2)] Alarm parameters [High temp (AH), Low temp (AL), Delay time (Ad)]

Programming functions can also be scrolled and set via this remote control, making it difficult to access controllers, but easy to change their parameters.

Programming Key with Battery

The battery powered programming key allows the IR33 controller range to be quickly programmed, even when there is no power to the controller, reducing the risk of making setup errors. It is a rapid and effectve tool for service operations and repetitive setup operations for multiple controllers. Use the programming key to copy a setup from a proven working controller and then copy it straight into the replacement or new controllers, saving time when scrolling and setting every parameter individually! If a custom setup has been used on site, simple copy and re-install to the replacement controller - ensuring like for like replacement every time. Up to 6 sets of parameters can be programmed and then used to re-program your IR33 controllers.

USB to 485 Adapter and RS485 Serial Module

These two serial communications models allow the IR33 range of controllers to be interogated and setup via the supervisory software. The USB to 485 module is plugged into the PC / laptop host computer, which is running the supervisory system. A twisted pair comms wire can then be extended to the IR33 controller position. The RS485 serial module is plugged directly into the same connection where you place the programming key on the IR33 controller and then connected to the comms wire. This module can automatically recognise the TxRx+ and TxRx - polarity signal, ensuring correct wiring first time.

Note: For the RS485 Serial Module to function, both the USB to 485 Adapter and RS485 Serial Module must be ordered.
