Easily monitor the temperature of your process with this multiple-use, PDF temperature USB data logger. The HDT-161 accurately measures ambient temperature using an internal NTC thermistor temperature sensor and can also accept an external NTC thermistor temperature probe as input (available separately). Up to 48,000 readings can be sampled (24,000 via internal sensor, 24,000 via external sensor), allowing up to 8 markings during data gathering.
The logger is compact, lightweight, battery powered and features a clear LCD display. No additional software or drivers are required as everything is embedded within the logger. Fully programmable, the configuration software can be used to set the language, program sample rate, start delay, temperature unit, alarm type, alarm delay, alarm temperature limits, password and company name. The configuration software is compatible with Microsoft® Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10.
To record data simply plug the logger into a computer USB port, run the configuration software and set required parameters such as language, sample rate, alarm and password. Remove the logger, press the start key and place in the area to be monitored. Once complete press the stop key, plug back into your computer, run the software again and convert the recorded data into a PDF report or Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet containing device specification and statistical summary, a table of results and a graph (graph is shown on pdf report only).
An instruction manual and manufacturer's calibration certificate are also stored in PDF format on the logger.
